Legislation AB 243-Clean-up Legislation Cities must prohibit or regulate cultivation by March 1, 2016 If not, State becomes sole licensing authority Legislation clean-up proposed Deliveries and Mobile Dispensaries Under AB 266 need ordinance in place to affirmatively prohibit this activity Regardless of whether city allows dispensaries
