6 DIAGNOSTICS BUSINESS MODEL (SERVIES OFFERED)  DIRECT PURCHASES:  Customer procures outright.  PPL install & train on-site  12 months of warranty  REAGENT RENTALS:  Cost of Instrument spread over the contract period.  PPL maintains the machine  Ownership automatically transfers to the Customer after the end of the contract.  PLACEMENTS:  Large Institution enters a 3 years contract to purchase Reagents on a ‘cost-per-test’ basis  Customer commits minimum purchase threshold of supplies.  The instrument can be, optionally, purchased at the end of the contract at the ‘market price.  LEASE AGREEMENTS:  Machine owned by the Company  Customer settle the agreed monthly ‘rental fee’  PPL covers service fees and maintenance.
