Traveling with EF Group travel keeps tours affordable, allowing more students to see the world Combined groups get the best value EF makes all the travel arrangements for us (flights, hotels, tickets/admission, most meals, etc.) Tour choice and departure date flexibility to match with other groups We will cap our groups enrollment at 12 students from each school Our departure date window is Spring Break, 2017 It takes a mature student to be a great group traveler. But a mature traveler will both get more out of the trip and add more to it. WHY GROUP TRAVEL?

SAFETY There’s a 6:1 staff:student ratio. A limited number of parents are welcome to join us to help ensure the trip goes well for our students. The same rules and behavioral expectations that apply to school will apply on tour. There will be a few additional rules about hotel rooms, curfew, release time, etc. If a traveler violates the school/trip rules, I have the right to send them home from tour at the parents’ expense.

WHAT ARE YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR? Spending money for optional excursions, free time activates, souvenirs, beverages, lunches and snacks ($30- $65 suggested per day) Tips for your Tour Director, bus driver and local guides ($100 collected one month before departure) Passport fees Luggage overage fees to airlines

PASSPORTS All travelers are responsible for securing necessary documentation Valid passports are required for all travelers Passports may take up to 14 weeks to process Non-U.S. citizens may require special visas or other travel documents Important note: Passports must be valid for at least six months after our scheduled return date
