ViVOtech Company Confidential & Proprietary 19 Prepaid Top-up Through multiple channels At Merchant/Retailer Location Consumer pay cash to Cashier and Tap prepaid sticker to load value Through Bank account Consumer can link the bank account or credit card to prepaid account for regular top-up Through unattended Kiosk at Mall or public place Consumer can use the unattended kiosk to top-up prepaid card using cash or credit or debit cards. Through Bank ATM Consumer can use the bank ATM to top up prepaid card through their bank account. Consumer must have banking relation.

Acquirer / Bank can implement the ViVOtech ISO 8583 message format to route the transaction to payment switch based on Prepaid / loyalty operation or IIN (Issuer identification Number) Through Acquirer or Bank – Integration with Bank or acquirer back-end. No additional implementation required at POS – See the transaction flow on next slide

Acquirer or bank ViVOplatform Payment Gateway OPTION 1: Bank and acquirer will send the prepaid and loyalty transaction to ViVOplatform Payment gateway Routing can be done based on IIN or Transaction type Loyalty Earn or Redeem will be cloud based processing. No Major Change required in POS software POS must support Contactless Reader IP n/w e.g. W-LAN or GPRS Dial-Up, ISDN or IP n/w OPTION 2: POS sends the prepaid and loyalty transaction to ViVOplatform Payment gateway directly Loyalty Earn or Redeem will be cloud based processing.
