NOW WHAT? IS IT BULLYING OR CONFLICT? Investigation. Talk it out. Mediations. Notify teachers. Social skills. Ways to respond to mean acts (verbal or other). TALK WITH STUDENTS INVOLVED. Talk with people involved separately. Talk with people involved together, if ok. Make changes. Talk to parents. Second chances sometimes. IMMEDIATE REFERRALS TO ADMINISTRATION OR SRO Physical danger or injury. Sexual bullying/harassment Weapons, theft, drugs. Repeated bullying.
