Have you changed the batteries and the problem still exist? Remote

Does the remote work on a different screen? If no the remote may be faulty and you will need to log a case at the next prompt. Remote

Do the control buttons on the side of the screen work? If No there is a high chance there is a fault with your screen and you will need to log a case at the next prompt. Remote

Is there something plugged into the IR plug on the side of the screen e.g a Joey Control unit. This socket is right next to the PC audio so you have may have plugged something in by accident. If No there is a high chance there is a fault with your screen and you will need to log a case at the next prompt. Remote

Does unplugging the device in the IR socket solve the issue? If No there is a high chance there is a fault with your screen and you will need to log a case at the next prompt. Remote
