5. Is there something plugged into the IR plug on the side of the screen e.g a Joey Control unit. This socket is right next to the PC audio so you have may have plugged something in by accident. If No there is a high chance there is a fault with your screen and you will need to log a case at the next prompt. Remote

6. Does unplugging the device in the IR socket solve the issue? If No there is a high chance there is a fault with your screen and you will need to log a case at the next prompt. Remote
