A: OJT, Individual Career Planning (ICP), Discovery 1 and 2, and Pre-Placement Training are each distinct services. Pre-Placement Training is the only one with the 20 hour minimum requirement and an additional 20 hours may be requested if needed for the youth to learn the skills being taught.
