FYI A majority of ATS (55.8%) admitted having BOC apprehension, with ONLY 17% ever taking an online athletic training practice exam INVEST, INVEST, INVEST!!! The BOC offers multiple Self-Assessment Exams in a study mode (5 versions @ 75 questions) and/or test mode Once you have completed the test, it analyzes your strengths & weaknesses The NATA offers MEMBERs a BOC Exam study guide http://www.nata.org/nata-study-guide-boc-exam

Plan of Attack DO NO procrastinate! Know how YOU study Get your hands on the following 1. Arnheim – cover to cover 2. Position statements – over a dozen. Considered our :gold stand” of practice/procedures Mini orthopedic eval. book Exam review books (sharing is caring) Have an accountability buddy/study buddy Create a real week-by-week study plan (based on your own assessment) or perceived strengths/weaknesses DO NOT compare yourself to previous test takers You are prepared as you have made yourself

Does it make sense to take the exam during a time of the year when no AT jobs are really available?
