A level equivalencies or performance table compliant Performance tables - these are comparative tables that report achievement of vocational qualifications, approved by the DfE for Performance measures in secondary schools and FE colleges Synoptic assessment – is a form of assessment which requires a learner to demonstrate that they can identify an use skills, techniques, concepts, theories and knowledge across a whole vocational area Techbac® - is NOT a qualification but a wrap around offer to support the technical qualification for post 16 learners studying a full time programme Get to know the new lingo!!!

GRADING: P/M/D GRADING: P/M/D/D* Mandatory content and the contribution to the overall grade must be at least 40% of the qual. Where quals have more than one pathway, the mandatory content (%) should apply equally.
