Talent Reviews: Identifying Top Talent The purpose of the QTR program is to identify, assess, develop and retain world class talent. This is a facilitated discussion focused on each team and teammates strengths, development areas and opportunities for growth. The program is composed of three elements: Nominations, Ratings, and Action Plans. What Does it Take to be a Winning Team? We are driving towards one metric: Ready Now backfills for 100% of critical roles. Quarterly Talent Reviews (QTR)
