Summary of feedback provided by OHCM in early/mid-May Provided important insight and clarification regarding issues surrounding the organizational culture and climate, communications, career development, and policy guidance Feedback provided at aggregate level, in particular for organizational culture/climate and communications; specific ideas/comments provided for career development and training, and policy guidance Several suggestions provided for improvements in the above areas
