What is organizational communications? Process of dealing with Interacting with people(attitudes, feelings, skills relationship), messages, values, with purpose of achieving a common goals within an organization. Focuses on building relationship and repetitive interpersonal interaction within an organization Laura,K.(n.d)

The functions of organizational communications in a business It helps : To accomplish different tasks regarding sales, services or production within an organization Employees to interact with customers People to adapt to any changes within the organization To enforce motivation of workers which can lead to creativity and innovation within the organization To be aware and follow rules and regulation while completing tasks to reinforce provision of feedback among employees, business owners and customers To coordinate, plan and control each activity within the organization (Joseph,2015)

Why is transparency important? Transparency within a business is all bout having free right of flow of information on how your business is running. Transparency is important because : It build trust in customers and good reputation It increases productivity Increases confidence of employees Nowadays we are using social media while communicating, we need to be honest It creates open environment as well resect of the organization It enhances team work (Jones,2013).

Targeted messaging strategies and corporate branding They are both intended to promote specific things They are both targeted to provide messages to right customers or audiences Before you use both of them, you need to know what the message will is deliver, who the message is for, why is the message They are both targeted to using right channel and at low cost. (McCatty,2014)

Uses of organizational communications to shape Acme Widget’s brand It will raise expectation of employees and customers towards Acme Widget It will helps to represent in an engaging way its values as well as works to the supporters It will make customers and employees to act as ambassadors to the community, their friends, relatives and other business connections. It will helps customer and supporters to know the uniqueness of Acme Widget (Justine, 2011).

Strategies used to build and maintain Acme Widget’s reputation Be honest for what they do or services they offer Use internet to search for new updates of customers on your company Monitor its reputation using different apps such as Google alerts Control its brand by reviewing its customers' comments Tries to answer to negative comments (Pronto marketing,2013).

Role of dedicating organizational communications at Acme Widget Dedicating organizational communication at Acme Widget company will lead to the following: Helps manager as well as employees to accomplish different tasks well and on time It will increase productivity of Acme Widget Company It will help employees of Acme Widget to interact with customers It motivates and make easier for employees to be creative and innovative It will help workers to follow rule and regulation of Acme Widget company Acme Widget will know easily its weakness and strengths from customers and Workers' It will be easier to plan, coordinate and evaluate each activities at Acme Widget (Richards, 2015)
