Extending the B2B Customer Experience Today we implemented a number of items for b2b customer experience View Presentation Customer Needs presentation Provide the customer the ability to select their own priority, etc. Team showcase We also implemented (only for Pivot It website) the ability to change the contact us link to deliver a different customer experience Select a pivot View a presentation Needs re-prioritization View team

We will expand & enhance this B2B customer experience What is the goal The goal is to treat customer differently compared to sales teams The goal is to provide special treatment to customers vs. sales teams The goal is to deliver a highly sales-branded customer experience The goal is to make it extremely comfortable and easy for sales teams to send invitation What are the main elements of this enhanced experience A user can be specifically Tagged/marked as a customer (today we don’t have this capability) A user can view confidential information without NDA (an ability to by-pass the NDA process to be implemented)

We will expand & enhance this B2B customer experience What are the main elements of this enhanced experience A user tagged as customer will not have the ability to create pivots A user tagged as customer will not have the ability to manage company (i.e customer company page does not exist) A user tagged as customer will not see the customer company brand on Pivot It system A user tagged as a customer will have the ability to become a sales user (once this is done; no way to revert back?)

We will expand & enhance this B2B customer experience How are we going to implement this First user tagging as a customer & also provide the ability to by-pass NDA At the time to sending an invitation, a sales person sending the invitation to join a pivot, follow a pivot, or follow a company may tag the specific user as a customer The user sending the invitation will also be presented the ability to Override NDA for the specific pivot and the specific user A user registering directly on the Pivot-it.com site will not be tagged a customer; they will be tagged as sales

We will expand & enhance this B2B customer experience How are we going to implement this Customer will have a different view of the Pivot It web pages TBM will not have My Company My Campaigns My Contacts The Banner will not have User company brand or name Will have Logo/brands of the sales companies that sent the customer invitations to join/follow Since we are going to remove this Banner; how will we have a better branding experience for our customers presenting to their customers Modifications to the My Pivot Pages Remove the Create Pivot Page button If there is only one pivot, go directly to that Pivot Page Remove the Pivot pages that need attention (we don’t expect customers to have too many pivots) Remove the filters for pivots (since customer will not own many pivots, etc)

We will expand & enhance this B2B customer experience How are we going to implement this Modifications to the My Action Requests Banner must reflect the appropriate sales companies logos/brands Remove favorites Retain filter ? Modifications to My Invitations Banner must reflect the appropriate sales companies logos/brands Remove favorites Retain filter? Modifications to My NDAs Banner must reflect the appropriate sales companies logos/brands Remove favorites Retain filter? Remove the button to ADD an NDA (This is the job of the sales person) If the sales person checked the override button at the time of invitation; the system will display a card indicating the sales person created an NDA override for the user for the specific pivot

We will expand & enhance this B2B customer experience How are we going to implement this Modifications to the Pivot Page Banner will reflect the Pivot page and description (similar to what is implemented on ANDES) All Pivot page features would remain the same as what we deliver on ANDES Since the design is different from ANDES, how do we address this? Do we create a customer.pivot-it.com/salescompany/pivot123/doc? Should we leverage sub-domains? Infrastructure to be discussed

Logo branding – To be taken up separately Customer branding is CRITICAL We implement this today in terms of banner on Pivot page and company page with the specific company’s logo Decision made on Further Enhancing this in view of CUSTOMER ADOPTION Based on feedback from SPOTTRENDER, and potential vibe from other customers, we need to change the Pivot It LOGO We MUST have the ability to Change the Pivot It logo and incorporate a customer logo at this place.

Logo branding – under what circumstances The size of the logo to look good: I recommend that logo height to width ratio to be 1.62 (640x400 resolution?) We allow for custom branding only for paying customers, the following are some scenarios: A sales user is on a free plan A sales user buys an individual plan A sales user is part of a company plan A user is a customer A user is a customer (tagged by a user who bought an individual plan) A user is a customer (tagged by a user who is part of a company plan)
