5 What can my student use in their school work? Examples of Fair Use: 10% of a copyrighted musical composition 10% or 3 minutes (whichever is less) of a copyrighted video One chart, picture, diagram, graph, cartoon, or picture per book or periodical issue Note: Credit must be given for all works used.
