Police Department and the City’s Traffic Engineering section for service enhancement and public safety. Do not utilize in the general fund. The City must have a clear pre-implementation public relations program. RedFlex will assist and encourages advanced implementation of public relation and public notification of the project. Albuquerque’s fines were arbitrary and significantly different (higher) than their normal traffic fines for similar offenses.
