3 Solar Heating - Passive Using existing conditions of the environment as efficiently as possible, to heat homes radiantly, while minimizing radiant energy loss Heating is done without the use of additional pumps, mechanisms, etc.

4 Objective of Solar Insulation To maximize the absorption the heat produced by the sun in winter to warm living areas To prevent heat loss back to the environment, thus increase efficiency of Solar heat To reflect heat during the summer and increase the efficiency of air conditioners
