HOW TO USE THE AROMA RANGE IN THIS BLISS BAG ESSENTIAL OILS – These can be used in a massage oil, in a bath, in a small spray bottle with water, an oil burner with water, steam inhalations, in oil as a body oil or for hot towel aromatherapy. Only 2-3 drops needed. BATH AND BODY OILS – Massage into your body or put a teaspoon in your bath, this will leave your skin silky smooth. PULSE POINT PERFUME – Apply to your wrists, behind your ears and temples for a long lasting fragrance WHEN USING ESSENTIAL OILS – -Keep away from eyes -Store in a cool, dark place -Do not take internally -Test patch first for sensitive skin -Do not use undiluted on the skin -Caution must be taken if in your first trimester of pregnancy – please advise if this is the case

3. How to use the Organic Bliss sample products! Enclosed is the River Veda Everyday set 1.Carefree cleansing milk. Dampen face, use a small amount (the size of a 5cent piece only onto clean fingers or face pads) and massage into the face to wash and so it removes make up/dirt/oils. This can be used every day. 2.Freshly Free facial toner. Dampen cotton pad, use a small amount (the size of a 5cent piece only onto face pad) and remove excess cleanser, oil and dirt from face. Toner removes any left over cleansing residue, can make the pores seem more refined, prepares for the moisturiser so it can penetrate into the skin more effectively & will prevent further blemishes. 3. Honeysuckle every day moisturiser With clean fingers use a small amount (the size of a pea only)distribute it amongst your fingertips, pat over face and neck and massage into the face and neck for moisturising. A balancing everyday moisturiser to help rejuvenate & regenerate the skin and prevent those fine lines.

4. How to use the Organic Bliss sample products! Enclosed is the Organic Skin Co-Sonic Youth set 1.Juniper Berry Face Wash. Dampen face, use a small amount (the size of a 5cent piece only onto clean fingers or face pads) and massage into the face to wash and so it removes make up/dirt/oils. This can be used every day. 2.Brightening Almond Seed face exfoliant. Dampen face, use a small amount (the size of a 5cent piece only onto clean fingers or face pads) and massage into the face to exfoliate skin and so it removes any dead skin. This can be used 1-2 times per week and will prevent blackheads and breakouts. 3. Luminous rosehip & orange day moisturiser. With clean fingers use a small amount (the size of a pea only) distribute over your fingertips, pat over the face and neck then massage into the face and neck for moisturising. A balancing everyday moisturiser to help maintain moisture balance. 4. Calming Calendula Cream This is our healing cream! AKA miracle cream. Great for dermatitis, eczema, blemishes, burns, abrasions, very dry skin, psoriasis, mozzie bites, sores/cold sores. Apply a small amount to the affected area. Recommend to clean area first. Can use up to 3 times a day.
