Project – Gather data from Property Appraisal, Real Estate, JRFD, JEA, Foreclosures, Liens etc. Tools – SQL Server 2012 – may need to create consolidation DB – SQL Server Data Tools for Visual Studio 2012 (tabular model) – SharePoint 2013 - portal to create/display maps Create connection file to tabular Create Power View for map

Poor man’s GIS Challenges Problem – Who are the users: Public Works, various committees of City Council, Accounting, Real Estate… Project – Data sharing is not typical. – One time requests. Transition to regular transfer. – Third party sources. FBI restrictions on JSO. Tools – SQL Server 2012 – tabular model capability – Excel 2010 – PowerPivot – has map limitations – SharePoint 2013 - IE 9, security, service accounts
