Grading See me if you have any questions about grading Reminder: Weekly assignments = 30% Individual contribution (peer assessment) = 20% Team grades = 50% Small group presentation = 5% Poster =5% Design review = 5% Final report=10% Final presentation = 10% Final product = 15%

Presentation Practice Times You must check your PowerPoint, etc on the projector in 1800EH Check the schedule on the main course website, which is within the “Final Presentation Schedule” spreadsheet Email John Murphy if you would like a specific block of time or just drop-in during one of the times listed

Final Schedule Presentations Monday, Dec 9 starting at 8:00, 8:20 and 8:40pm. Due at this time will be: Final product 2 copies of your final report (one for me and one for the client) ~10-12 minute presentation (+ ~3-5 min for questions) Printed out copy of your presentation for client (3 slides/page with room for notes) Instructor/SA Evaluation Form – every student submits Due Monday, Dec 9 at midnight Email me and the client electronic versions of your presentation (ppt) and report (pdf) Review rubrics when reviewing/rehearsing your final products Dress (and act) professional

Individual Assessment Due Friday Dec 13 at 4:30 pm: Notebook - Turn in notebook to 1150 Engineering Hall (advising office) for final grading. Email me if you want it back. Include in final notebook: Table of contents and notes from all lectures and labs Paragraph summarizing 3 other final presentations from other sections Will also need to complete 3 one-page essays that will be handed out during the last lecture Self and Peer Assessment - Complete online form on lab moodle site under the last week of class (20% of grade)
