4 Service Contracts Training Be budgeted OR owner approved. Have a COI obtained before signature. New Vendors must have OFAC completed and Secretary of State Search. ALL Contracts must:

5 Property Manager may sign: Recurring up to $5K per month One time up to $5K Senior Property Manager must sign: Recurring up to $24,999 per month One time up to $24,999 Vice President/General Manager must sign: Recurring $25,000 and above per month One time $25,000 and above ALL capital. 8 Where do we look to verify required coverage for contractors? Insurance contract section should be updated accordingly. Form on IAN is filled in with Hiffman standard if the owner does not have vendor coverage spelled out in the management agreement. Service Contracts Training Insurance
