12. Directing  It is a management which involves learning thought listening from the manager to employees. Scenario: when you are giving direction on how to attach document on an email. StrengthWeakness - It allows demonstration- It do not allow collaboration

13. Delegating  It is a management which involves learning thought empowerment of employees.  Scenario: you have two meetings to attend, and you can not attend all of them at same time. In this situation, you delegate one of the employees to go and attend one of them. StrengthWeakness It allows collaboration by asking clarifying questions The planning and implementation process is done by the employees

14. Discussing  It is a management which involves learning thought interaction between the manager and employees  Scenario: you’re a marketing manager and the sales have declined. You decide to sit together with all employee in the department of marketing to talk about the issues and possible solutions.
