2. A brief description of our business We have a Level 2 BEE Rating. We deal with major insurance companies. Of which we have Service Level Agreements with: Santam, Mutual and Federal, Absa Insurance, ABSA iDirect, Hollard Broker Markets, Hollard Insurance, and Zurich. We have been operating for the past 26 years and have been in a constant form of growth. We are currently approved by Volkswagen, Audi, Ford, Toyota, Mazda, Citroen, Peugeot, Honda, Kia, Hyundai, Nissan, Datsun and Suzuki. (We are also currently seeking to be approved by all other manufacturers.)

3. A brief description of our business We are registered with the C.R.A, MIBCO and MERSETA. We have three apprentice panel beaters and three apprentice spray painters, All of whom are registered through Merseta. We make use of Lightstone CSI (customer satisfaction index) who monitor all feedback received by clients. We have a range of fleet customers. We also have our own towing facilities. We take pride in our work and offer a 1yr guarantee and a 3 year warranty for paint.

A brief description of our business We use T.M.S., Audatex and Standox which are highly sophisticated computer programs to optimize our efficiency All Vehicles that are fixed by us undergo vigorous quality control checks, by quality controllers. We have a range of courtesy cars, that are readily available for our clients
