4 Testing Window: - September 1, 2015 – November 20, 2015 Deadline for Answer Document Return - December 11, 2015 Student and School-level report will be available 3-5 days after test materials are returned. 2015-2016 ACT Explore/ACT Plan

5 ACT Explore/ACT Plan Ordering Instructions Ordering window: OPEN Orders must be placed by LEA in order to be funded by USOE ACT recommends that orders are placed at least 2 weeks before your test date ACT generally fulfills orders 2-3 days after order is placed Place orders at https://readiness.act.org/ccris/login/login.jsphttps://readiness.act.org/ccris/login/login.jsp ACT Explore - Schools test 8th or 9th graders but not both. ACT Plan - Schools test only 10 th graders. 10 Every school must establish themselves to test with the ACT Establishment Window is October 12 through October 23 Informational Packet arrives one week prior to Establishment Cover Memo Checklist of Dates Testing Manuals Accommodations Information Test Coordinator (TC)- ACT considers the Test coordinator the primary contact. The TC is responsible for all the ACT related Activities. 2014-2015 ACT Test Site Establishment

13 The ACT is a high stakes test Administration guidelines must be followed in order to ensure that students receive a college reportable score. If administration guidelines are not followed student scores maybe voided. Areas of improvement: –Training –Ensure that timing guidelines are followed –Ensure that all administrative forms are submitted to ACT on time –Submit accommodations request and ensure that accommodated students test with the accommodation that was granted Areas of Improvement
