CRIMEA PILOT Key Elements of Process 1.Course team keeps a rolling Course Log & action plan which links to evidence 2.Freedom to arrange student engagement but students must be updated each semester 3.Early warning KPI data & benchmarks made available 4.End of cycle “Executive Summary” produced – signed off by HoS 5.Opportunity to consider “bespoke approaches”

7. Group Exercise Think about the course leader feedback, the aims of the pilot and the key process elements … What might be your role? Arranging meetings? Evidencing of activities/ minutes & notes? Updating documentation? Providing data/ indicators? Supporting modifications? Capturing feedback? Loading student updates to the VLE? Supporting collaborative oversight?
