3. 3 Be sure to sign in and out when coming to the library during class times! At lunch: You MUST get a number pass (gold) from the lunch aide, and sign in at the door.

4. 4 Behavior The library is a place for QUIET study, research, reading, or doing homework. PLEASE – No talking louder than a whisper!

5. 5 No food or drinks AT ALL! Not even water! Hats off Backpacks under your table ALWAYS push in your chair when you leave

11. 11 TO SHELVE, OR NOT TO SHELVE? Reference books? YES! Fiction and all other books? NO!

13. 13 Check it in! Place in the book drop OR Have a library worker check it in Don’t just leave books on the counter and walk away!

14. 14 Renew it! OVERDUE BOOKS MAY NOT BE RENEWED! RETURN BOOKS ON TIME!

15. 15 Overdues/Fines Overdue book fine is 10¢ per day/per item Overdue books may not be renewed Do not ignore an overdue notice! It will not magically disappear!!

16. 16 Return the late book EVEN IF YOU CAN’T PAY THE FINE! (This stops the fine from increasing) Students with fines/overdues may not check out additional books!

17. 17 Lost/Damaged Books Do not loan your ID card to anyone and NEVER check out books for a friend! You are responsible for everything checked out with your id card!
