18 Software Delivery: What to Expect Donations via TechSoup: + Retail purchase: Unique license & media for a single install vs. Accessed in the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) to ‘unlock’ your software Same product key may be used for up to the number of licenses granted Download from the VLSC website or Optional (upon request): One set of media is mailed for each title, to be used for multiple installations

20 An organization’s allotment of Microsoft donated software is reset every two years An organization’s two-year cycle begins with its first donation request After two years, a new cycle begins, and a new allotment becomes available Microsoft Program Rules

21 Over the 2 year period: You may make unlimited requests There is no minimum quantity requirement per request Request products from up to 10 title groups Request up to 50 licenses per title groups (except for servers) For servers, you may request up to 5 products, regardless of title group Microsoft Program Rules
