Why you should try the L1A visa. The L1A is not liberally granted by USCIS. While there are many difficulties in achieving the visa, obtaining an L1A visa can be most gratifying. The reasons it is difficult to obtain is that its advantages is far reaching: 1. The L1A does not require special knowledge or an advanced degree 2. It allows multinational companies to do business and even invest in the United States. 3. The employees or even the owner can actually obtain a permanent residence (green card) through the EB1c. The waiting time on EB1c to obtain a permanent residence just like every EB1 is less than any other categories including EB2 and EB3 especially for foreign nationals born in India and China. Because the L1A visa is one of the most interesting and advantageous visas, we recommend having a lawyer reviewing and handling the case for you. Our law firm has successfully handled many L1A and EB1 c cases and we will be more than glad to assist.
