5 ENGINEERING at a Glance MiTek 20/20 is a Windows based Suite of Programs that allows You to View Various Windows of Information at once Investigatingthe Engineering Windows

6 ENGINEERING: The Windows The Zoom Window

7 ENGINEERING: Zoom Window Click with your Left Mouse Button to Start Setting Zoom Area. Keep the Button depressed and Drag to the Area Size required Click a 2nd Time to Finish the Area Definition Nothing will appear here until You have Clicked a 2nd Time

8 The Zoomed Area will automatically Appear in the Layout Window Appear in the Layout Window The Size of Zoom Area stipulated will dictate the Extent of the Zoom in the Layout Window ENGINEERING: Zoom Window One can Increase the Magnitude of the Zoom in this window in the following 2 Ways :

9 ENGINEERING: Zoom Window Option 1 : Employ the Same Method used previously to create the Zoomed Area. Namely; Click with your Left Mouse Button to Start Setting Zoom Area. Keep the Button depressed and Drag to the Area Size required Click a 2nd Time to Finish the Area Definition

11 ENGINEERING: Zoom Window Option 2 : Employ the Utilities Menu Icons situated here,to increase the Zoomed Area in Set Increments namely; 2x, 5x and 10x The Zoom Values employed will only affect the Picture in the Zoom Window in the Zoom Window
