Huffman Robotics Logo/Club Shirts Our friends at Catfish Designs have helped us design a unique logo for our club. Shirts will allow us to look more uniformed and organized at our build it days, competitions, as well as being able to wear to school. Cost of shirts will be $15 each.

Volunteers / Booster Club The foundation of our Robotics program will start at the Elementary level. We are in need of parent volunteers and would like to create a Robotics Booster Club. All Earth EcoBot Challenge Team Registration Due to the price of oil sponsorship funding has decreased this year. Smaller venue means limited amounts of teams can be registered per district/campus. Competition Purpose Fully geared towards the education of the students. Baylor College of Medicine Eco Genius Lab Parents may not be able to walk in the venue and watch competition.

All Earth EcoBot Challenge Theme On competition day judges are expecting to see a splendid display of art, eco friendly concepts, engineering, creativity, and amazement. Constraints, framework, dimensions, rubric, and more will guide teams on how to put their game boards together. This year’s theme will pull in all sides of the learning spectrum and will require tons of imagination from our students. Afterschool preparation and practices will be mandatory.

All Earth EcoBot Challenge Theme What’s going on in your backyard, community, town, city, state??? Examples: If you live in Atascosita, TX and are intrigued with the technology that Waste Management is Utilizing to reduce, reuse, and recycle? They want to see it. If you live by the Texas Medical Center and want to show all the cool things happening in medicine? They want to understand it. Are you interested in technology, space, travel, or transportation? They want to learn about those industries from you.

All Earth EcoBot Challenge Scoring System EcoBot Passports will be issued List of observations judges will be looking for will be listed in “Passports” Judges will stamp when observations are successfully met More stamps means more points towards Leaf Awards Every team will receive a Leaf Award with the top level being the – Green Leaf
