2. eClinical Works Navigation eClinical Works has five standard navigation elements. These Elements appear in Resource Schedule, Office Visit, and Progress Note workspaces.

3. eClinical Works Navigation Patient Look-Up: 1. Look up a patient by selecting the Patient Look-Up icon. 2. The Patient Look-Up window opens and gives options on how to Search for a patient. 3. Patients can be searched by using a combination of different search options such as; Name, SSN, DOB, Account No./ Medical Record No., Phone No., Subscriber No., Previous Name or Home, Work, and Cell phone numbers. Patients can also be filtered by selecting their default appointment facility. 4. When a patient is selected by double clicking on the patient their HUB will appear. 3
