HP’s Supply Chain cost, end to end, was world- class (component prices, tax, etc.) HP had a lot “best practices” such as “Buy-Sell:” This resolved a long time puzzle in Compaq Supply Chain for finding a way to avoid “Taiwan Tax” but had never succeeded. Most of HP employees served long in company.
