Mentoring Plan: Stage I : Welcoming and integration to the group Objectives Promoting mutual understanding of group members Provide students with clear and accurate information about what the supply and demand center Facilitate knowledge of the operation of the center and the whole dynamics of the same Awakening positive expectations among students towards the course and to the center Avoid problems that may occur in the group as a result of poor integration and adaptation of students to the group and center. Activities The first day of the course tutors will conduct a meeting with their group in which students will be provided with information about school calendar, schedule, classrooms, teachers, characteristics of the examination test and calendar, etc. - All teachers will contribute with this action plan performing specific activities in their respective areas: presentation to students about the objectives and content of the Educational Plan, methodology, minimums required, etc. - In the first two weeks of the course there will be specific activities aimed at facilitating mutual understanding among students and between them and the tutor and start building a united and cohesive group through different techniques. - The students will receive information on the organization and operation of the center: organization, organ involvement and coordination of teaching, Project Center, etc. - All teachers will collaborate in hosting the group of students interested in learning about each of them a short period of time.
