2. Good Morning Class, Happy Monday! We only have 15 days until Winter Break, this means we are going to have work, and work hard to get everything done. Blue the Colt’s mascot will be here at 1:00 today for a special presentation. Remember to do your Morning Work before you read an take an AR quiz. The second grade goal is to have 25 points before Winter Break, will you meet the goal?

3. Good Morning Class, Today we are going to finish our special gift writing. We are also going to review synonyms, work on reading quickly, and continue working on subtraction with borrowing. Make sure you have 5 sharpened pencils and that all your art supplies are in your art box.

4. Good Morning Class, Today is Wednesday, which means it is a short day for us. We will be taking Spelling Pretest in the computer lab at 12:30. This is a different time than we normally have computer lab because the big kids need the lab to take tests. We will be starting a ‘How to Decorate a Tree’ writing project today. Start thinking about a few decoration you would like to put on yours. Do you have 5 sharpened pencils?

5. Good Morning Class, This morning many of our classmates will be on announcements for earning 10, 50, or100 AR points. We will get to see: Christian, Donovan, Joshua, Wyatt, Emanuel, Holly, Jackson, and Colin on Announcements. How many points do you have? Do you have plenty of sharpened pencils to start the day?
