Online Student Forms Almost any form, add course, change major, register for graduation, etc., can be created in IQ. The difference: – More administrative oversight – Special security measures – Forms may be cross-discipline Non-technical administrators may create External forms. SmartCatalog

Student Form Routing Student downloads form from Campus admin. Website—they may be posted anywhere. Form is completed, student “submits” Form is deposited into a central folder in the IQ database. SmartCatalog
