The “French/Indian War” gave Britain complete control over North America, but American colonists are not allowed to enjoy the rewards. To pay for the war, the British government began passing several laws and taxes on the American colonies. American colonists respond angrily and begin organizing boycotts and committees. Protests and violence begins to increase as the British and American colonists begin to clash.
