Planning Phase 4- Confirming Project Feasibility –Economic Feasibility: Developing the system will be relatively costly because the est. doesn’t have an existing system which means purchasing hardware will have the major weight. Other costs : Software and license Training the users Travel Utilities and tools But this won’t be very effective because the system will be relatively small
12
Planning Phase – Technological Feasibility: As in the Economic Feasibility, we need to purchase almost all hardware – Schedule Feasibility: The dead line will be after 6 months from starting the project, which is very suitable for this system – Resource Feasibility: Because of the distance between the est. and our group project, we will face a problem in meeting the users. So we need to be accurate in gathering the info.
13
Planning Phase 5- Staffing the project: The project will be organized between the members of the group project( Mohammed & Abdullah ). 6- Lunching the project: The scope is defined, feasibility, team members and detailed schedule has been developed. We can start with the analysis phase.
