19 Post 9/11 Payment Schedule During the first six months the apprentice will get BAH (housing allowance) at the rate of E5 w/ dependents for the first 6 months of their apprenticeship based on the zip code of where the individual is pursuing the program. During the second six months they will get 80% of the allowed BAH. During the third six month period they will get 60% of the allowed BAH. During the fourth six month period they will get 40% of the allowed BAH. After the first 24 months they will get 20% of the allowed BAH from then on. The apprentice is also eligible for a monthly stipend of $83 for books, supplies, equipment…
