Asthma is a allergic Disorder of Respiration; Wheezing, and difficulty with expiration.

A. When I was breathing I felt very calm. B. Then when I went to the Larger straw I noticed it was a bit harder to breath. C. However when I reached breathing through the small straw it was a bit of a challenge to breathe and I felt somewhat uneasy. D. Then after running 1 minute, then sitting down in my chair. I breathed through the small straw and I could hardly breathe I only lasted 27 seconds. E. Some people who have Asthma may have a harder time to live in the city because the pollution and not enough breathing space, however in the country everything is Nature and the Air is fresh and the country has space to breath.

One Way for someone to cope with asthma would be… taking Medication such as Advair, or Instant relief inhaler. Also another way to cope with Asthma would be with exercise Or swimming, maybe even sprinting or sports.

The air quality levels in our area is 4.2, now what that means is that the air is breathable, however the higher the number is the better the air is, So the place we live in right now is not the very best air quality.

Asthma can arise at any age but why other people have asthma it is not known, people with asthma have airwaves that are more sensitive than others.
