Body of flume is a minimum 5-6 mm thickness. Joint Flanges are a minimum 5-6 mm thick. Premium quality isothphalic resins are used throughout. Interior of water slide has a minimum0.020 inches thick gel coat. Exterior of slides are protected by flood coat of gel coat or urethane coating. 2.All flumes come with necessary risers for safety & to reduce water splash-out. 3.All water slide come up with pre-plumbed entry box / Start Section. 4.All the fasteners as required for flume to flume connection will be provided by us. Fasteners are Stainless steel type -304. 5.All flanges are pre-drilled. 6.All layers are molded in ISO Resin only and the Top layer is in Neo Pentyl Gel Coat. 7.All layers are molded with pigmented ISO resin.
