Colors Finishing Technical characteristics Materials Applications 3

There are two kind of coatings: 1) Non reactive colors: coating is made by a pure metal or alloys 2) Reactive colors : coating is made by metal nitrades, carbonitrades, oxides, carbides. In this case it is possible to obtain different colors 4
5
PVD coating does not change the surface finishing. The most common effects are: - Bright - Satin - Brushed - Sandblasted Given by pretreatments 5
6
6 It is possible to coat all surfaces or only some parts trough special techniques.
7
- HIGH HARDNESS: 1500 2500HV (standard galvanic treatment 700HV) - HIGH ABRASION AND WEAR RESISTANCE - RESISTENT TO UV: high color stability 7
8
- RESISTENT TO CORROSION - ANALLERGIC : compliance to the Italian law - ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY 8
9
9 Technical characteristics depend on the following: - Base material - Production techniques (casting, molding, extrusion, etc.) - Product quality - Surface quality before PVD coating
