Summary of Existing Findings Downtown On-Street Parking Utilization Summer: 80%-100% Non-Summer: 60%-80% Downtown Off-Street Parking Utilization Summer: 80%-100% Non-Summer: 30%-60% Laguna Canyon parking is highest in the Summer due to Festival Season & Downtown visitors

Summary of Existing Findings Downtown Employee Data (1997) 2,000 employees in the Downtown area 50% of Downtown employees live in the City 500 more employees work in Downtown on weekdays vs. weekends (only 40% of service businesses work on weekends)
