22 Summary of Existing Findings  Downtown On-Street Parking Utilization Summer: 80%-100% Non-Summer: 60%-80%  Downtown Off-Street Parking Utilization Summer: 80%-100% Non-Summer: 30%-60%  Laguna Canyon parking is highest in the Summer due to Festival Season & Downtown visitors
