3 GENERAL INFORMATION Population stands at 84,836 based on 2011 General Census. Antigua is 108 square miles. Barbuda is 68 square miles. Highest Point is Mount Obama rising at 1319 feet above sea level.

4 Antigua & Barbuda Cadastre Cadastre Surveyors Act Condominium Act Registered Land Act Introduced in 1975. The Government wanted to differentiate between Privately owned an Crown Property. To reduce land conflict and plan land usage.

Acts as a library for Property Information: Ownership, Registration Section, Parcel Size, Land Use, Other Legal & Financial Details

9 This acts as a form of Data Consolidation. Plans are physically drafted to a Data Sheet. MANUAL A reference physical site plans must be vetted and approved before placed on the data sheet. Library of Surveys conducted on any given parcel.
