1. GENERATING A NAV EXPORT FILE This document outlines the process used to generate a NAV export file to be sent to the PA so they can update their website.

2. Go to Tax > Special Assessments > Special Assessment Export Make sure the Effective year is the year you are processing and click on Search

3. Enter a file name in the file name field, select all and click on Queue Process Once the export is done, click on the download button next to the first file and save to the appropriate location for 2014 the location is: W:\SpecialProjects\Tax Season Process- Shared\2014 Tax Season Process\2014 Non Advalorem\SA Export. Next down the results.txt and open the file.

5. Remove all rows that had no assessments. Create a table with the following data: PA Project Code Parcel County Amount levied. Sum the parcel counts and amounts at the bottom of the spreadsheet. Save the report to the same location as the export. Email report and export to the Property Appraiser
