4 Becoming a college administrator Developing an assessment that accurately reflects a student’s abilities that is widely accepted as an alternative to standardized multiple choice test Investigating fun ways to help my children adjust and learn from the environment without it appearing as an academic or social lesson -Older twin has autism -Younger twin has ADHD Increasing general technology knowledge and skills then integrating it to enhance my everyday routine Playing electronic puzzle games (Candy Crush and Bejeweled) Interests

7 Scoring the highest on a standardized Mathematics test in 9 th grade -When I achieved the score, I found out that I was actually great in math. -Before I achieved the score, I thought I was bad in math. -After the score, I discovered I was just being lazy. Fear was controlling my success. Defining Experience
