Kriya The intervention is a kriya from Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. A kriya is a specific set of yoga movements for a specific purpose in this instance, intended to reduce stress and depression and improve metabolism and vitality in a person living with diabetes.

Kriya means ‘completed action' and consists of a predetermined series of one or more exercises or postures in combination with Pranayama Mudra Bhanda Drishdi Mantra

Kriya The total effect of a kriya includes rhythmic, targeted movement to affect various nerves, glands or organs with an outcome greater than the sum of its parts.
