How to Cite Photos 1.If you plan to use any photos that are not public domain or your own photos, you must cite your source! 2.First, locate the URL or website where the photo originated. Do this by double- clicking on the photo. 3.You must cite the URL or website in a bibliography, the final slide of your essay.

How to Cite Photos cont. 4. Last name, first name. Title of Website. Sponsor, Date created (use n.d. if not given). Website. Date accessed. Example: Dai. H. History of Chinese Tea. Virginia Tech Digital Library and Archives. 1999. Website. 2 February 2013. Or, use Easybib to cite your sources.

Works Cited We call this page the Works Cited page because you are only citing the sources that you’ve used. A bibliography cites everything you’ve searched, a more thorough list. Please follow the example on the previous slide to guide you, as well as use the next slide as an example of how to set up your Works Cited page.

These should also be alphabetized by author or title, whichever is listed first. Please only size 12 font, nothing smaller, and use two pages or more, if needed.
