Many more “invisible” achievements  need to be made real!

Tuesday 9 th January 2007 3 Project Schedule Outline of work in the hall: –Front end shielding disassembly –Re-establish shielding & create a “door way” –Install concrete plinth & rail system for solenoid –Installation & commissioning of Linde Cryo-plant –Build of shielding and installation of beam line Solenoid Dipole 2 Quad triplets 2 & 3 –Installation of beam line power supplies

Ditto rail system –Solenoid Vac test, MLI & heat shield repair... Trolley modifications

Tuesday 9 th January 2007 8 Financial Status Report to OSC (December) –By end October: spend ~£3.7M –Represents ~½ of project budget before WM&C ~£1M on non-staff costs ~£2.4M on staff-cost (Budget: £3.4M) ~£140k on travel (Budget: £200k) PPRP & OSC  Cost 2 Completion –Current staff cost extrapolation (prelim) Likely to be significantly over budget –but good chance to be within C&WM! –Material needs to be justified against original plans!original plans
