Copenhagen trip 23 – 27 February H1A – H1C – H1D

Pack list Passport / ID and a Zorgpas Show us your ID before getting on bus, keep it with you (own responsibility) Rain clothes/ good walking shoes / warm clothes (e.g. gloves, scarf and beanie) Towel, toothbrush, shampoo etc. (no bedding needed) Please do not bring valuables Pocket money: €10.00 per day (Euros, Danish/Swedish crowns) 1 euro = 7,43 kroner Danish Crowns 1 euro = 8,86 SEK Swedish Crowns

NOTE! Make sure you already take Danish en Swedish crowns with you before getting on the bus at the Bokt. Please use a weekend bag instead of a suitcase!

The bus trip 1 bag and 1 rucksack Everybody gets one seat for the entire week (no switching) Make sure you keep the bus clean!! Bring lunch, games and original dvds (film/karaoke!)

day to day programme: Saturday Don’t forget your passport/ID, otherwise you are not allowed to go! Saturday LEAVE at 06.30a.m., at the Bokt (Anconalaan, grote parkeerplaats) Be there on time! (06.15a.m.) Arrival at 6.00p.m. in Copenhagen

Saturday evening Dinner 7:00pm – 7:30pm After that, a long, long evening walk Bedtime at 11pm

Sunday Morning Breakfast at 9a.m. Leave at 09.30a.m. for a scavenger hunt through Copenhagen. The finish will be at the little mermaid.

Sunday afternoon 12.30a.m. Lunch 1:00p.m. The Experimentarium

Sunday evening Return to Hostel 6:00pm Dinner Party Night till 11:00p.m.

Monday Morning Breakfast at 08.30a.m. Leave at 9.30a.m. by bus to Malmö (say Malllmeeuuu), city walk and a visit to Malmohus Slott

Monday afternoon An afternoon in Malmö > leisure/shopping time

Monday evening Dinner at Malmö 7:30p.m. Ice hockey match, Rodovre Mighty Bulls vs. Herlev Eagles

Tuesday morning Breakfast at 08:00a.m. All belongings taken to the luggageroom 09:00a.m. walk to Nyhavn 10.15a.m. boat tour 12:00a.m. changing of the guards

Tuesday Afternoon 1:00p.m. lunch and leisure time Ströget (say streeeuugut) 4:00p.m. Ripley’s Museum 6:00p.m. Dinner at the Hostel

The rules on the trip Be on time! Make sure you listen to the teachers and guides and do as they say No visits to other rooms after bedtime Be quiet between 10p.m. and 7.00a.m. in the hostel Usually we have breakfast and dinner in two groups

Insurance The school’s insurance is a secondary and suplementary insurance, which means: –If your insurance doesn’t cover something, than the school’s will add the missing part –So you have to get your own travel insurance –Emergency phone for Copenhagen: 06 -13734958
