7 News Creation – Privilege Insurance Our year long brief from Privilege is to increase brand awareness, share of voice and consideration on price comparison websites, through a programme of ‘news creation’ stories. The strategy was to target the stories at the lifestyle and needs of the target audience for both motor and home insurance. To date, we’ve generated 500 articles across all channels in six months, and blown all targets out of the water.

8 To rapidly build up a high quality following for Deichmann’s fledgling instagram account, we launched #ADayInMyDeichmanns - a competition that saw us working with 40 of the UK’s top fashion bloggers. We asked them to take a picture of their feet and upload it to instagram using the hash tag and following us to win a trip to Milan. In three weeks we received over 100 entries from bloggers and the public, and Deichmann’s followers went from 200 to 1,000. 10 To promote Porsche’s plug-in hybrid supercar, Van arranged a photoshoot with Porsche ambassador Maria Sharapova, and Porsche racing driver, Mark Webber. The story behind the shoot was Maria being driven to the WTA pre-Wimbledon party at the Kensington Roof Gardens by the world’s fastest chauffeur in the world’s fastest electric car. 11 Event Publicity - London Transport Museum Van was briefed to launch ‘Night Shift’ - an illuminating new exhibition at London Transport Museum celebrating the nocturnal lives of Londoners and the transport heritage that has met their needs since 1913. The campaign saw us run two press previews and a listings media campaign, along with news and feature pitches. The previews were attended by over 30 journalists and bloggers, and the campaign resulted in 50 pieces of coverage, and more importantly, brought over 13,300 visitors into the museum.
