Vision for Nevada’s English Learners All Nevada English Learners will have access to acquire grade level academic English and content mastery, according to their capacity, through meaningful engagement in appropriate content learning and problem solving with their teachers and peers. All Nevada “ever” ELs will graduate with the ability to continue in post-secondary education or training opportunities; they will have the foundation and disposition to participate in and contribute to the society of their home and community.
